Successful people don’t just tiptoe their way into success.
See, any decent business has a launch process in place. And when I look at all the successful people in my business, they didn’t tiptoe their way into success. They launched their business. They hit it hard. They hit it fast and they are still reaping the benefits today, years later, from what they did in the first 90 days.
Now the good news is you can always re-launch your business and start a fresh 90-day run. Even if you just run hard for 30 days, you can create momentum that you can reap the benefits from for years to come. It is just taking that timeframe and condensing it. Instead of spreading out your efforts over the course of a year, condense that timeframe and talk to the same amount of people in 90 days! Then watch what happens!
So how do you launch/ re-launch your business? What are the exact steps you need to take in order to crush it? Let’s get down to the nitty-gritty!
Follow These 7 Key Steps To Successfully Launch Your Network Marketing Business
Step #1: Know Your WHY
You’ve got to cut out excuses! And you’ve got to make some sacrifices if you’re serious about your business. What do you do on a daily basis? The truth is, you can be very serious about your business, but your daily habits might not reflect it. You might even forget why you started in the first place.
So write down your WHY. Know why you’re doing what you’re doing! And have a vision for what you want to accomplish in the long-run! And we want to challenge you – put your vision on a board, so you can look at it every day!
Because if you’re noticing that your battery’s empty, you’re going to show up to your business like you’re doing a chore. And that’s just not a winning formula. So let’s get that clarity!
Step #2: Build Your Community
Are you building your tribe? Did you start and then stop? No matter what your situation is, you need to be building a community. And you need to have clarity about that community.
First you build a community and then you can generate leads inside that community. Makes sense?
And here’s the deal. You have to have clarity for yourself so that it drives you in having a vision for who you want to become and what you want to accomplish. That will amplify your impact!
Step #3: Draw up a Business Plan
Having a business plan might sound scary but it really isn’t. Think about it, if you want to go to Florida, you’re not just going to get in the car and start driving, right? You will think about the best route or the best places to stop along the way.
The same is true for your business. You know where you want to go. Now let’s identify what exactly you are going to do for the next 30-60-90 days!
As Jim Rohn says, “The drama is in the details.” So let’s write down that business plan!
Step #4: Who Can Help You?
We love this step! Because the truth is, you can have it all but you can’t do it all. Most of us, entrepreneurs, suffer from the superhero syndrome where we underestimate how long something is going to take, but we overestimate how much we can do, and that mindset keeps us burned out. And you know what happens when you burn yourself out, right? You are not good to your family, to your business partners, and to your customers!
So who can help you get the job done? If you want to raise up your income, you need to make sure that your energy is not wasted on activities that:
a) bring you no money or
b) bring you no joy!
But they have to get done! And that depletes you. So now when you go to build your business, you’re just not effective. Let’s break this cycle!

Step #5: Test & Tweak
Testing and tweaking needs to be part of your monthly audit.
So pay attention, recognize what is working for you and do more of it! Instead of beating yourself up, evaluate why certain strategies worked and others – didn’t. Instead of being frustrated about why things don’t work the way you intended, become fascinated. Detach yourself from the emotion of it all and look at it logically.
Then continue to step it up, test it, tweak it, test it, tweak it because you’re going to fail your way to the top! That is how that works.
Step #6: Optimize your Infrastructure
Did you know that there are 3 rules for money?
Rule #1: Generate it
Rule #2: Protect it
Rule #3: Make it work for you
That’s the true freedom – making your money work for YOU!
I had to learn these lessons the hard way… Because it’s not how much money you make, it’s how much money you keep.
For example, I would get so anxious because I needed to spend two weeks every year, just going over receipts and not making any sense of the taxes we had to pay. Then I hired a bookkeeper! She’s been such a blessing! She put our receipts in order and helped me optimize the backend. Since then, my happiness level increased exponentially!
That’s why finding the fastest and more efficient way to get your tasks done, can do wonders for your business!
Step #7: Take Massive Action
You have to be willing to outwork the next guy and take all-out massive action!
So what are you willing to do? How many humans are you going to talk to per day? Because that’s what it all boils down to. That’s what’s most important!
The truth is, you can make up in numbers what you lack in skill, so you’ve got to get after it. If you don’t like the results you’ve gotten thus far, think about this: how many hours were you putting into your business and how hard were you really working?
If you don’t have people looking at the information, your business is not going to move forward. You have to have that urgency and never get complacent! If you’ve got big goals, don’t rely on new prospects to join because that doesn’t depend solely on you. Rely on what YOU can do! So go out there and talk to some humans!
